Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
This policy is being enforced to ensure that I am able to see as many clients as I can and to have as many options open for my clients when booking appointments. I am working with clients in many time zones and take great pride in setting up appointments that work best for us both.
- There are NO refunds, ONLY a credit towards your next reading.
- If you have to cancel/reschedule I will need 24 hours advance notice. I will do my best to work with you if you have a last minute emergency.
- Because I conduct back to back readings, I can't make exceptions due to tardiness. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, you will lose time towards that appointment. E.g. If you book a 30 minute reading and you are 10 minutes late, your reading will only be 20 minutes.
- If you are a “no show”, you will not receive a credit.
Privacy Policy
Your information is not shared to third party representatives and is collected simply for the sole purpose of contacting clients with respect to their inquiries and/or paid services.
